RateMyPlate is an AI-powered food criticism entertainment app. You upload photos of your food, and our AI generates humorous roasts, scores, and commentary. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

By uploading a photo to RateMyPlate, you confirm that you have the right to share that image. You retain ownership of your photos. However, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your photos for the purpose of providing the service, including displaying roasted plates on the public leaderboard and shareable permalink pages.

All roasts, scores, ratings, and commentary generated by RateMyPlate are produced by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional food criticism, nutritional advice, food safety guidance, or any other form of expert opinion. The AI may produce inaccurate, exaggerated, or absurd assessments — that's the point.

You agree not to:

• Upload images that are not food-related
• Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Use automated tools to submit requests beyond normal usage
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI prompts or models

The RateMyPlate name, branding, and application code are the property of MilaniAI. AI-generated roast text and scores are provided for your personal use and sharing. The “Michelin star” parody images are satirical and not affiliated with the Michelin Guide.

RateMyPlate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: hurt feelings from AI-generated roasts, incorrect food identification, questionable price estimates, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We aim to keep RateMyPlate available but make no guarantees of uptime. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Rate limits may apply to prevent abuse.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RateMyPlate after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
